Exchange: 14 days from delivery date in new condition without visible wear and tear. The buyer must pay for the return if not covered by our manufacturing defects guarantee and the exchange is not due to our error.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you received, please contact us.
PLEASE NOTE: This guarantee only covers manufacturing defects; it does not include:
- Damage due to accident
- Improper care
- Normal wear and tear
- Fading of colors and materials due to sun exposure
Returns/exchanges of products with water contact will not be accepted.

If you believe that the product purchased does not meet the original requirements, you have the option to request a refund.
You can receive a refund if:
- You are not satisfied with your order: You purchased your TYLANA products within the last 10 days and wish to return them. We will process the refund as quickly as possible once we have received the items from you.
- The product you purchased is completely non-functional.
Notes:
* Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
* Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days after delivery of your return. Once the refund has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
* The customer will be charged for shipping costs at most once (this also includes the return); the consumer will not be charged a restocking fee for returning the product.
* If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping costs. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If, for our reasons, the goods received are damaged or defective, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping costs for this reason.
