Refund & Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty (30) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires thirty (30) days from the day:

  • on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), received the goods;

  • in the case of partial deliveries, on which you, or a third party designated by you, received the final shipment.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email):

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Returning Products

Products may be returned within the withdrawal period, even after inspection or testing, provided they remain in a complete and reasonable condition.

Bundle & Promotional Set Returns

Products purchased as part of a bundle, package deal, or promotional set may only be returned as a complete set.

Partial returns of individual items included in a bundle are not accepted.

Refused Deliveries or Uncollected Shipments

If a shipment has been successfully delivered, made available for collection, or placed at a pickup location and the customer fails to collect or accept the shipment within the timeframe specified by the carrier, the order shall be deemed fulfilled.

In such cases, no refund or free replacement shipment will be provided.

If requested, a replacement shipment may be arranged at the customer's expense.

Return Shipping Costs

In the event of a withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

We are unable to accept shipments sent freight collect or without sufficient postage.

Please note: The return address is not automatically included with your package.

For international returns (including but not limited to Switzerland and Austria), customers are likewise responsible for organizing and paying all return shipping costs.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery charges, without undue delay and no later than thirty (30) days from the date on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods to us or our designated fulfillment partner without undue delay and, in any event, no later than thirty (30) days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the thirty-day period has expired.
