The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email or dispatch the goods.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), unless mandatory consumer protection regulations of the country in which the consumer habitually resides provide otherwise.

13. Severability Clause

Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be held invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
